Warranty and Programming Information

Each hearing aid we offer is backed by a manufacturer's warranty, which includes all parts and labor. The length of a warranty varies from one year to three years, depending upon the manufacturer and the model.

The manufacturer’s warranty also includes a one time per aid loss/damage policy, which covers a hearing aid that has been lost or damaged beyond repair. Coverage periods vary from one to three years. Deductibles apply and start at $200 and up.

Programming is included in the list price of our hearing aids. In order for PreciseHearing to program the hearing aids to your loss, you will need to send us the results of a recent hearing test (audiogram.).

  • If you have a copy of your audiogram, please fax or email it to us for a free second opinion about which hearing aids would best meet your needs. Contact information is at the top right of all our pages.
  • If you do not have an audiogram we will happily help you arrange one locally and, in some cases, we will reimburse you for the cost of the test.
